You must create an account to use our services. You agree to:

- Maintain the security of your account credentials

4. ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY

5. SERVER EXPIRATION & RENEWAL
Free servers are provided with a limited duration. You understand that:
- Servers expire after the allocated period
- You may renew your server before expiration if eligible
- Expired servers and their data may be permanently deleted
- We are not responsible for data loss due to expiration
6. SERVICE LIMITATIONS
As a free service, we provide limited resources and do not guarantee:
- 100% uptime or availability
- Specific performance levels
- Data backup or recovery
- Priority support
7. REFUND POLICY
For paid services (Premium subscriptions, Server Boosts, and Extra Server Slots):
- 24-Hour Refund Window: You may request a full refund within 24 hours of purchase by contacting our support team.
- After 24 Hours: No refunds will be issued for any purchases made more than 24 hours ago.

- Exceptions: Refunds may be denied if the service has been significantly used or if there is evidence of abuse.
By making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this refund policy.
8. TERMINATION
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and servers at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these terms or any other reason. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
